TICHK-Greater Go

We have created an online tourism hub called 'GreaterGo' to promote the Greater Bay Area and the Belt and Road. This platform is designed to keep the travel industry up-to-date with the latest news and provide a space for communication within the community. GreaterGo functions as a blog, sharing valuable travel information with both B2B and B2C audiences. Additionally, users can become loyalty members, which enables them to advertise and post articles on the platform.

What we did

UX Workshop with stakeholders

We held a UX workshop with stakeholders for ideation and finding personas through different interaction sections.

Interview with stakeholders

In order to better understand the purpose of the whole project and align with the expectation of stakeholders, we interviewed different stakeholders beforehand.

User Friendly CMS

In order to make it easier for customers to handle new content in the future, we have established a user friendly CMS

Branding Design

We were tasked with designing a new logo and branding for GreaterGo, a new online platform. We successfully helped them achieve their desired look and feel for their brand.

After

The revamped UI design of the website is both attractive and engaging, and the content is now much more fruitful. This significant improvement has resulted in a notable increase in the number of audience members.

How we make it?

After researching previous versions of the website and listening to stakeholders, we finalised the colourful UI design.

Before

The website had a low user engagement rate, and industry professionals were not aware of its existence due to unattractive content and a lack of differentiation from other commonplace websites, prior to the revamp.
